We were eating here, when we arrived we received a very friendly welcome. We were served very quickly, enjoyed a very pleasant ambience, and the food was simply delicious. The toilets were also very clean. Definitely to be recommended!

We had ordered 3 dishes from the lunch menu. Everything tasted great and was perfectly prepared. The service was extremely friendly. Absolutely unbeatable price-performance ratio! Great mango lassi based on a family recipe. It's a shame that this restaurant is not in Munich ...

The best Indian Restaurant in Magdeburg hands down! Quality of both food and service are way above the competition. Their biggest usp is undoubtedly the wonderful hospitality of the owner as well as the staff. The ambience is truly authentic and representative of a true Indian diner. Some of the star dishes of this restaurant would be Chicken/lamb Gazala, Chicken/Paneer Tikka masala etc.

A really decent Indian restaurant for Germany and certainly for Magdeburg. The staff are incredibly friendly too. I do wish “German spicy?” wasn’t a question though. I just want authentic food and if I order a madras, I know I’m in for a kick if it’s authentic. If the German palate can’t handle the spice, then have a korma! ?

It's homemade and freshly made. The degree of spiciness of the dishes can be adjusted individually. Prices are appropriate. Both the flair and the hospitality as well as the taste of the food and drinks are like in India. Authentic, tasty and pleasant.

India Haus is one of the few good restaurants you will find in Magdeburg. You will get to taste good Indian food at very reasonable price.

India haus Restaurant is in a class of its own. I have eaten at this restaurant many times, and I can honestly say that the food is consistently outstanding. I have tried many Indian restaurants but there isn't a single one that comes even close to India haus.The portion sizes at Takeaway portions are even more value for money, while still delivering the deep, rich, and wonderful flavours of Indian cuisine at its absolute best. Staff are incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough!

We were eating with the family in the India house and overall very satisfied. The service is very courteous and we talked about parts of the Indian culture and special features (e.g. bitter almond flavor). The food tasted excellent, both the vegetarian and the meat-based dishes. Clear recommendation!

Great place, good value! Portion sizes are very generous, especially the starters. Service is very polite and efficient, all in all a good choice for Indian food! Plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians, and they are happy to make the dishes as hot as you can handle. Highly recommended.

We came across this restaurant through a friend. The owners are very friendly and you eat "as with mom", everything is fresh and homemade and even a lookup is not a problem. There are different curries and other dishes can be prepared for you on request. We were in India a year ago and were reminded of our vacation by this delicious meal. Thank you & good luck!

Had good Indian food after a very long time. Tried samosa chole chat, mango lassi , mataka kulfi. But the star dish was Chicken Ghazala. Would highly recommend this dish. ???

Great service, and the owners were very friendly! We went during the lunch service, when they have a selection of home-cooked dishes each day for a very reasonable price. I had the spinach paneer curry with homemade paneer, which was very nice. The mango lassi was especially delicious. I will definitely try to come back if I am ever back in Magdeburg.
